Synopsis
Federico and Carlos, grandfather and grandson, live together on a small banana farm. While the banana business is becoming unsustainable, Carlos, unaware of the family’s economic situation, is tormented by the absence of his father, a sailor who disappeared in search of a wandering island.
Pablo Borges
Pablo Borges, filmmaker and photojournalist. In 2020, he founded Gloomy Kids Films to produce his own projects, as well as those of other young people from the Canary Islands. His works have premiered in Moscow, Malaga or Las Palmas, and have been awarded at, among other festivals, the Indian World Film Festival and Tenerife Shorts X.
