Sinopsis
In a humble neighborhood on the outskirts of Lima, we meet the Pachacútec Cooking School. For over 15 years, it has transformed the lives of over 400 cooks by furnishing them with a trade and a way out of poverty. We follow the lives of three of its young graduates who are thriving in San Francisco, Luxembourg, and Lima.
He is a documentary film producer and director, known for using food as an excuse to probe ingenuity, tenacity, and human creativity. He spent more than ten years working for VICE and CNN, where he created over one hundred documentary shorts. He also directed the Miami episode of the Netflix show Street Food: USA.
