Slater Jewell-Kemker
Youngest ever Resident of the prestigious Canadian Film Centre Directors Lab, Slater Jewell-Kemker has been making films since she was six. An award winning filmmaker and climate activist, Slater has been featured by Forbes twice: once for her ten year documentary feature on the rise of the global youth climate movement YOUTH UNSTOPPABLE, and another for her CFC short film STILL which explores domestic violence and infatuation.
Slater Jewell-Kemker es la residente más joven del prestigioso Canadian Film Centre Directors Lab. Lleva haciendo películas desde los seis años, cineasta reconocida y activista climático. Ha sido nombrada por Forbes en dos ocasiones: por su documental de diez años The Rise of the Global Climate Movement, YOUTH UNSTOPPABLE; y también por STILL, un corto del Canadian Film Centre que ahonda en la violencia doméstica y la obsesión amorosa.
