This is a contemporary dancing solo work that comes from the artist’s awareness of the huge quantity of waste that is left into the environment, especially plastic waste. This is a reflection about society and where we are going; about the past and how we can reconnect again to the belonging sense, to feel oneself like an animal, ground and return to the root in order to end becoming as part of a whole and protect everything.
Roots won the audience award in the Solo-Duo Festival in Cologne, Germany in 2019.

To this journey will come Mar Corneto, a dealer eager for new flagship products and also Su Venir, compulsive buyer looking for space’s memories. Without measuring the consequences, these humans will release new species like R de Cat or Cat-o which, involuntarily, will cause conflicts among the sensitive endemic species of the island.
