Synopsis
In the heart of the Tibetan plateau, photographer Vincent Munier guides writer Sylvain Tesson in his search for the snow leopard. He introduces him to the delicate art of stalking, to reading footprints and to trying to have the patience required to observe the animals.
Marie Amiguet is a film director specialised in animal documentaries. She worked for several years on “the wolf” together with Jean-Michel Bertrand, before making the documentary “The Snow Leopard” with the photographer Vincent Munier and the adventurer Sylvain Tesson.
Vincent Munier is the first photographer to be awarded the BBC’s “Erik Hosking Award” for Wildlife Photographer of the Year on three successive occasions. His work is exhibited in art galleries and published in major international journals.
