Sinopsis

Palawan parece ser una isla tropical idílica. Pero para un pequeño grupo de activistas ambientales y vigilantes que intentan proteger sus espectaculares recursos naturales, es más parecido a un campo de batalla. Bobby, Tata y Nieves son tres magnéticos líderes de esta red, ya que arriesgan sus vidas en constantes luchas al estilo de David contra Goliat, tratando de evitar que los políticos y empresarios destruyan la última frontera ecológica de Filipinas.

Karl Malakunas

Cineasta y periodista afincado en Asia, lleva dos décadas cubriendo temas medioambientales, conflictos, catástrofes naturales y revueltas políticas. Es becario del Programa de Documentales del Instituto Sundance. Tras vivir ocho años en Filipinas, donde trabajó como Jefe de la Oficina de Manila para AFP, Karl ha aprovechado su experiencia, sus contactos y su profundo conocimiento del país para rodar Delikado. Este es su primer largometraje.
